*This free delivery offer excludes orders to locations that are considered remote or regional as classified by our delivery providers. To these locations, an additional shipping fee applies depending on the size of the item ordered.

Refund policy
At Baggs, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase either in-store or online. We simply require the original tags to be with the item and it be in original, unused condition. For some online items returned to a regional store there may be a restocking fee if those goods are not normally stocked in that store - but please contact us first if you are unsure.
